The Gordon family has been an integral part of the Metrowest business community since 1891.  Today, Gordon Real Estate in Framingham, Massachusetts operates a robust commercial leasing and sales office, while owning and managing several highly desirable commercial real estate properties in Framingham Centre directly across from Framingham State University..

Jim Gordon, President

Jim Gordon is President of Gordon Real Estate.  He has over four decades of experience and expertise working in the commercial real estate arena in the Framingham, Natick and Ashland area.  Jim’s newspaper columns on the Metrowest real estate scene have appeared regularly in The Metrowest Daily News and on Framingham.com.  Jim is actively involved in many civic and charitable organizations, including serving as the chairman of the Framingham Board of Health, Programs for People, Jewish Family Service, Resiliency for Life, The Framingham Heart Study, the local board of the American Cancer Society, and more.  He was honored by Jewish Family Service of Metrowest for his longtime involvement with and unique contributions to the organization.

Peter Gordon, Senior Vice President

Peter Gordon specializes in the sales of commercial real estate as well as property management.

Jon Gordon, Associate

Jon Gordon has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He plays a leadership role in all aspects of the company’s commercial sales brokerage business, including seller representation, buyer procurement and 1031 Exchange transactions. Recent sales include office and industrial properties in Framingham, Natick, Marlborough, Sudbury, Ashland and elsewhere. Jon also assists in the leasing of industrial, office and retail spaces throughout the Metrowest region. In addition, his expertise extends to property management overseeing a major Metrowest shopping plaza and current responsibility for managing the Gordon Real Estate / C.J. Jay Gordon, Chairman

1923-2014

Jay Gordon was Chairman of Gordon Real Estate. Mr. Gordon managed the Gordon family retail and real estate holdings and services for nearly 50 years.  Actively involved in the Metrowest and statewide community, he served as president of the Massachusetts Association of Finance Committees, chairman of Framingham’s Personnel Board, president of Temple Beth Sholom, and many other civic, governmental and charitable endeavors.
